Methodology:
Eirtight uses an Agile or Iterative development methodology for software development projects. The Microsoft Solutions Framework is employed for developing and managing software projects from conception through to implentation. This is the same methodology as used by Microsoft, and Eirtight has successfully adopted this as our methodology since 2002.
We also use Microsoft Project and our own internal project management and customer support tools for managing projects.
Eirtight can offer a fixed-price or time & materials based quotation for software development work. Depending on your requirements, we can be very flexible in our to approach to pricing, by either reducing functionality on projects with the potential to run over budget, or including must-have features in a pre-defined and agreed specification with a fixed price.
